~ DISPTACH DATE ~
Henna cones will only be posted on the dispatch date. You will find this date on my website headline and on instagram. Your order must be placed at least 2 days before the dispatch date for it to be processed on time. No orders are processed earlier even if you choose Next Day Delivery. Any orders placed after the cut off date, will be processed for the following dispatch date and will not be refunded.
~ DELIVERY ~
I will not be liable for delivery issues, whether there are any damages or the cones are delivered late. This must be taken up with Royal Mail.
~ REFENUDS/RETURNS ~
Please note that I do not offer refunds or accept returns. Please take the dispatch date into consideration before placing your order, as once your order has been placed, you will not be able to receive a refund. Each batch is tested before they are sent out to you. If there are any consistency changes due to delivery being late, henna kept in a warmer environment or storage instructions not being followed, I will not be held accountable.
~ STORAGE ~
Henna cones should be stored in the freezer immediately upon arrival. Cones should be thawed 15-20 minutes before use. If henna cones aren't stored in the freezer, they will expire.
~ AFTERCARE ~
All your orders will come with a storage and aftercare card. All batches are stain tested before they are shipped. If you do not achieve a dark stain, the aftercare instructions were not followed. I can assure you, the henna paste will not be at fault.
